Why a range and not an exact price?

Concrete prices depend on things we can only see on the job, access for the truck, the grade, the condition of the old slab. An honest range up front gets you in the ballpark fast; your exact price comes from a free remote bid on your photos, or a paid on-site consult.

How do I get my exact price?

Two ways, your call. Free remote bid: send a few photos, the dimensions, and your address, and Robert prices it remotely, no charge. $150 on-site consult: pay the $150 and you go straight onto Robert's calendar. The $150 is credited in full toward your project, and it's non-refundable if you don't move forward.

Why charge $150 for the consult?

It keeps Robert's calendar for people who are serious, so when he comes out, he can give you his full attention. And it's not really a cost: the $150 comes right off your project price when you hire him. Want a price with no fee at all? Use the free remote bid.

What's the catch with the estimate?

No catch. The range comes from Lujan Elite Concrete's current pricing, not a bait number. The exact price comes from your free bid or your consult, because access, grade, and the old slab change the real cost.

How fast will Robert get back to me?

The same day in almost every case, Monday through Saturday. Robert is often on a job site, so if you'd rather, get a free bid or call him directly at 626-736-6921.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the season and the size of your project. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your bid, and we keep you posted from there.
